Sep. 20, 2020 • Here's recovery that's good for the yard and for the soul. Charlie and I planted seven trees and named them. This little balsam is named G&V for the folks. |
Other newly planted trees are named Anne, Georgia, Maggie, Charlie and Pete. See the video section to find out which tree is which; I couldn't tell you from this photo. |
I can tell you that G&V, the lone balsam, is positioned right in front of the sun room's river-facing window (shown behind the black bucket). |
The manly trailer will earn its keep again on the ride home. |
Charlie's new small trailer and ATV are needed for Kronenwetter projects. |
indeed, the folks live on in our hearts! |
Turtle High Banks for real! Check out this old timer that Charlie and I saw on the ride home. He was just off Clear Lake Road near Sunset Drive. |
The old turtle had an injury, perhaps an encounter with a boat propeller. He was missing a piece of shell near his back right leg. |
