Mr. E's weird little pellets grew into weirder gelatinous balls of color when put in water.

That's a vegan taco and I'll tell you, it was delicious. It's meat-like ingredient is a wheat thing called seitan. Michael has a t-shirt that says, "hail seitan." Best T ever(?)!
